CoastPlate is a Metro Vancouver food service supplier, based in North Vancouver, bringing restaurant supplies straight from the source — everything from containers and drinkware to cleaning supplies and kitchen consumables, stocked locally so your operation never skips a beat.
The story
From a single order
CoastPlate was founded by Mohammad Parsa Ilkhani, who saw Metro Vancouver kitchens paying distributor markups stacked three deep on everyday supplies and decided to build a direct line from the factory floor to the kitchen door instead.
EARLY 2026
The first sample box
Mohammad started by importing microwavable square containers directly from our own factory — testing clarity, lid seal, and reheat performance against what local restaurants were overpaying for.
JUNE 2026
First shipment lands
The opening order of clear American-style square containers arrives in Vancouver — containers stocked and ready to order, with the full twelve-size range available.

Open for business
Stock is here, delivery routes are set — onboarding Metro Vancouver restaurants and building long-term supply accounts one kitchen at a time.
